We are a mortgage lending professional team serving the Tri-State area, including New York, Long Island, New Jersey and Connecticut, Rhode Island, Pennsylvania... We have been providing commercial funding, construction/renovation and major remodel loan financing since 2009, and have extensive knowledge of the real estate industry to include construction/renovation approval process and have been arranging construction and renovation loans for over 25 years. We obtained our start in developing commercial real estate in 1989 while working for Coldwell Banker in Westchester County NY while serving all of Metro New York area. In July of 1999, we formed our parent company Gem Star Realty Corp., where we developed commercial and investment real estate projects in NY, CT and FL and continue to serve and manage such projects while adding our expertise in funding options in 2009.

 

Gem Star Capital very has unique ways of structuring and putting deals together that others cannot. With our numerous connections in the lending industry, we can get your project funded quickly, in most instances. We look for the upside potential of the deal and drive that home to our investors and lenders. We specialize in construction financing for both ground up new construction or demolition and new construction as well as major and minor renovation/remodel projects.
